The following terms and conditions need to be agreed upon by all persons that are guests of The Loft at Heritage.

A $200 deposit is required to reserve your space at The Loft at Heritage.
All balances are due 30 days prior to the retreat. If the balance is not received 30 days prior to the retreat, your reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. Payments in full cannot be refunded but can be applied to a future retreat date.
Reservations cancelled before 60 days of the retreat are eligible for a full refund of any money paid.
If you cancel your weekend with less than 60 days notice, you forfeit your deposit unless a replacement group can be found. If a replacement group is found, your deposit will be applied to a future retreat date.
Changes are accepted at the sole discretion of The Loft at Heritage owners.
Checks should be made payable to The Loft at Heritage. All major credit cards are welcome.
Other Items: Minor Repairs/Accidents
- Please contact us immediately if you have any problems.
- In the event something gets broken, please either contact us or leave a note so that it can be taken care of for the next guests. However, you will be responsible for any excessive damage to the property, the house or its contents. An itemized list of damages and an invoice for the repairs will be sent to the renter payable immediately.
The Loft at Heritage is a non-smoking facility and pets are not allowed.

Internet Service Usage: By using our Wi-Fi services, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that there are significant security, privacy and confidentiality risks inherent in accessing or transmitting information through the internet, whether the connection is facilitated through wired or wireless technology. Security issues include, without limitation, interception of transmissions, loss of data, and the introduction of viruses and other programs that can corrupt o damage you computer. Accordingly, you agree that neither The Loft at Heritage nor Heritage Auction Company are liable for any interception of transmissions, computer worms or viruses, loss of data, file corruption, hacking or damage to your computer or others that result form the transmission of download of information of materials through the internet service provided.
